I received my training as a Guided Meditation Facilitator and Immersive Coach from the best in the business, Heather Hayward. She is the co-founder of the Guided Meditation Framework, and more recently, WITHIN, a global spiritual growth community for those seeking a deeper connection to Self & Spirit.
As part of the founding team of practitioners, I am proud to be a co-creator of this community. As an individual, WITHIN is the place where I can go to feed my soul. We have: sound baths, discovery meditations, reiki energy gatherings, silent sits, creative journaling, book clubs & more! And as a practitioner, it’s a place where I can go to create and share with community. I go here to tryout new meditations and develop new programs & offerings. Members also have access to LIVE EVENTS as well as a library of over 100 prerecorded meditations!
